A place where people with ADHD are understood because the world often isn't designed with ADHD brains in mind. We support young people with ADHD, their families, and adults with ADHD to move from confusion, overwhelm, and stress to greater understanding, confidence, and practical support.
For young people, we combine ADHD coaching and education to help them understand how their brain works, build confidence, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop the skills needed to manage everyday challenges. We support parents through consultations, coaching, courses, and webinars that provide practical strategies and reassurance. For adults, we offer coaching and courses that help build self-understanding, confidence, and effective ways of working with ADHD.
We also partner with schools, youth services, and organisations through talks, training, and workshops that promote a better understanding of ADHD and create more supportive environments.
Cate’s work combines a unique blend of youth work, coaching, education and lived experience.
Cate is guided by the belief that:
Young people do well if they can. (Dr. Ross Greene)
We don’t offer quick fixes but we do offer understanding, practical tools and support that fits real life.
